Regan qualified as a physiotherapist 23 years ago and has worked both in the NHS and in private practice, as well as in New Zealand for a few months. She did a Sports and Performance Masters at King's College London in 2008 and has experience working with lots of different clients from those with sports injuries and back pain to pregnant and post natal mums. She has run post natal core and kettlebell exercise classes for many years. More recently she has become interested in helping people who grind their teeth, have jaw pain, facial pain and headaches/migraines. She has experienced this herself and knows how debilitating and exhausting it can be. Regan moved to the Berkhamsted area relatively recently and started her own business, Thrive Physiotherapy. She is super excited to be joining the team at Kings Road Dental Practice, to collaborate with the dentists and help this large group of patients who need advice and treatment of their jaw pain.
